A hospitality awards nomination 2027 entry is complete when it carries four things: the right programme, one category, evidence against our published criteria, and current photography. With those ready, the form takes about twenty minutes. Nominations are open now and the window closes on 15 October 2026.

How to finish in 20 minutes
- Minutes 1 to 3. Choose your programme from the table above.
- Minutes 4 to 7. Choose one category from the award categories list.
- Minutes 8 to 14. Write your evidence, one verifiable fact per criterion.
- Minutes 15 to 17. Attach photography taken this year.
- Minutes 18 to 19. Check your business name. The certificate prints it exactly as typed.
- Minute 20. Submit. Your confirmation e-mail carries a link that reopens the entry.
Here is what we see from the organiser's side. The writing is never the slow part. Entries sit for days while someone hunts for a photograph nobody has cropped for social. Pull that file first.
Every nominee can enter one programme in one category on the Free plan at no cost. Paid plans add programmes, categories and competition levels: Silver USD 299, Gold USD 650, Diamond USD 680 for a limited period from USD 900, Titanium USD 1,350. After you submit
We verify your details first. The jury then scores the entry against the published criteria between 20 September and 20 October 2026. There is no public voting.
Winners are told privately between 3 and 30 October 2026. The gala follows on 14 November 2026 at the Westin Marina Hotel in Dubai. Entries arriving after 15 October 2026 join the next cycle. That cycle runs to the 2027 galas in Dubai on 15 May, Bangkok on 15 July and Dubai again on 10 November.
