How Nomination Plans Work

There are five nomination plans: Silver, Gold, Diamond, Platinum and Titanium. Silver is the starting plan at USD 140, and the plans differ in what they include, such as how many categories you can enter. You choose your plan when you submit your nomination, and the Nomination Plans page sets out exactly what each one includes, so you can pick the one that suits your organisation before you start the form.

Every Entry Is Judged the Same Way

Whichever plan you choose, every entry receives the same full evaluation: an independent jury / management scoring the submission against six published, weighted criteria (service excellence, quality and consistency, innovation, sustainability, brand and impact, and value and integrity). The plan never changes how carefully or how fairly an entry is scored, and no plan improves a nominee's chances of winning.

What Winners Receive

Confirmed winners receive an official winner notification and a listing in the public winner directory with their category and year. Winners then order a Winner Package, which activates the winner title and grants the right to use the award name and adds items such as the trophy, certificate, digital winner seal and media materials — the Winner Package page lists what each package includes. Winning itself is decided purely by the Jury team or the Management of Golden Tree's scoring.
